BOISE, Idaho – The lucky streak in north Idaho continues. Players in Kootenai County are encouraged to check their tickets for the Idaho Lottery game 5 Star Draw.
The Idaho Lottery has confirmed there was a $445,000 winning 5 Star Draw ticket sold for last night’s draw at a retail location in Kootenai County. The winning 5 Star Draw numbers for the draw were 14, 20, 27, 38, and 42. The winning 5 Star Draw ticket matched all five numbers.
"Idaho, especially north Idaho, continues to be a lucky place for players to win big prizes," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "We are encouraging everyone who played 5 Star Draw for last night’s draw to check their tickets carefully for winners."
5 Star Draw is a game sold only in Idaho. Jackpots begin at $250,000 and grow with each draw until they are won. Tickets are $5 each and the game has draws twice weekly, on Tuesday and Friday nights.
Last month, a winning $2 million Powerball ticket was sold at Arnie’s Payless Gas on Highway 200 in the town of Kootenai in Bonner County.
The Idaho Lottery encourages everyone to sign their winning tickets before presenting them for payment. Last night’s winner has 180 days to claim their prize from Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise.
